• GOLDEN CITY TOURS reserves the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the GOLDEN CITY TOURS website.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• It is important that the person making the reservation and do the payment must enter at least  name and surname as it is writen on passpoert or identity.
• It is the responsibility of all GOLDEN CITY TOUR’s clients to ensure they have entered acorrect e-mail address and their telephone number with the country code.
• We kindly ask you to be ready at the meeting point and time specified 15 minutes before the tours starts.
• Delays that may occur due to heavy traffic are not the responsibility of GOLDEN CITY TOURS.
• GOLDEN CITY TOURS reserves the right to cancel the tour or change itinerary due to weather conditions or significant global events and force majeure.
• Transfers, Day Tours, Private Tours, Activities terms of use for each product are shown in the details section of the respective service. We highly recommend that you read the description section before making a reservation.
• When the clients has completed the booking online, they must check and make sure all the details on the pre paid service voucher are correct. Use of the goldencitytours.com is subject to your acceptance of our terms and conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using the website.
• If you do not fully understand or do not accept these terms & conditions, please do not “Accept” but contact us for clarification.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the tour, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance the ampunt you paid can not be  refunded.

PAYMENT POLICY

• For online reservations, the full payment must be made with the online payment option after the reservation is made.
• People who contact us by mail or phone can transfer to our bank account, pay by our mail order service with credit card, pay by cash or with credit card during the tour.
